Are you staying at the Moderniste hotel in the middle of winter and would like to have a comforting meal in a mountain atmosphere? It's possible, and it's just a few steps from us, at the Porte de Versailles!
The famous rooftop “Perchoir Porte de Versailles”, is transformed until March 19th into “Suisse Perchée”, a restaurant that will make you travel to Switzerland without leaving the capital!
The atmosphere is warm, the decor, inspired by Swiss chalets, is authentic and refined, and the magnificent candlelit spaces will offer you a magical moment!
On the menu, a selection of typical Swiss dishes.
At lunchtime, three formulas are available: starter – main course – dessert, starter – main course, main course – dessert or main course only. To give you an idea, you can enjoy a delicious barley soup, Rösti with melted raclette cheese to finish with a chocolate mi-cuit for 29 euros!
In the evening, in addition to the traditional dishes, you can choose to share appetizers or, of course, indulge in a delicious, strictly Swiss fondue! Three recipes are offered: “moit'-moit'” fondue with Vacherin fribourgeois cheese and Gruyère cheese, chili fondue with a touch of chipotle pepper, and herb fondue with the addition of thyme, parsley, and chives.
What more can we say? At “Suisse Perchée" there is everything you need for an authentic and gourmet meal with a wonderful view of Paris!
