An anniversary night at the heart of Paris
On Saturday 6 June 2026, Paris transforms itself to host the 25th Nuit Blanche: a full night dedicated to contemporary art, entirely free and open to all. For this milestone edition, the capital and its greater metropolitan area unveil an exceptional programme, at once festive and deeply committed.
The theme: a grand celebration of love
Barbara Butch, DJ and iconic figure of Paris's inclusive scene, takes on the artistic direction of this anniversary edition. She has placed the night under the banner of a "great celebration of love", a collective act honouring diversity, togetherness and shared joy.
Over 100 free artistic events spread across three main routes through the city:
- Centre: from the forecourt of the Hôtel de Ville to the Marais
- East: from the Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord towards Stalingrad and the Bassin de la Villette
- West: from the Petit Palais to the Grand Palais, through to the Fondation Louis Vuitton
The municipalities of Greater Paris are also joining the celebration.
A programme championing emerging artists
This edition makes a clear commitment: 80% of the featured artists come from the emerging generation, with particular attention paid to gender parity throughout the programme. Immersive installations, choreographic performances, sound and visual creations… for one night, Paris becomes a vast open-air artistic laboratory, where monuments, public spaces and usually inaccessible venues welcome audiences of all kinds.
