After initially pursuing a path in football, Loïc redirected his passion towards the world of commerce and entrepreneurship, a passion inherited from his parents.
His journey began in northern France, where he managed a bar for several years. Later, in collaboration with his brother Jean, he created "Liberthé d'Expresso," a tearoom in Compiègne that swiftly became a must-visit destination. It was the go-to place for savoring tangy cocktails, frothy lattes, and Portuguese pastries prepared with love by their mother. The Martins family has always known how to pass down their passion and expertise from one generation to the next.
Today, alongside his wife Sabrina, Loïc has opened Maison Martins at 195 rue Vaugirard, offering unique and creative sweet donuts that have won the hearts of Parisians. Traditionally enjoyed for breakfast or dessert, donuts have now found their place at any time of the day.
